Agency Fee

Brokerage of Sellers fir Sale Property:

• commission of 2%+ 24% VAT on the final selling price of the property
• for sales of property with prices below 50.000€ agent commission is set at 1.000€ + 24% VAT

Brokerage for Buyers:

• commission of 2%+ 24% VAT on the final purchase price of the property
• for purchases of property with prices below 50.000€ agent commission is set at 1.000€ + 24% VAT

Brokerage for Property Lease:

• from homeowners, supply 1/2 of the rent +24% VAT
• owners of commercial places (shops, office, etc.) commission of a rent + 24% VAT

Brokerage of Tenants Property:

• supply 1/2 of the rent +24% VAT
• supply of a rent +24% VAT by renting property for commercial use
